GÜLER Pre-Press Unit is designed for acceptingpouring the whole curd with whey from GÜLER Process Tank and starting the 1st stage of syneresis by letting whey leave the curd through perforates. After the initial stage of syneresis, curd is pneumatically pre-pressed and curd is cut into cheese blocks manually.
All the process is manual, including cleaning.
