Lobe Pumps are used for the purpose of pumping viscous liquids or the iquids including solid particles inside, without damaging the viscosity/consistincy and with no crushing of the solid particles inside the solution being pumped.

There is a certain gap between rotor and rotor and almost no friction; which also provides a long service time. It’s mostly capable of pumping solutions with %70-75 solid content. When reqıired; pumps can be designed with a heating jacket as well.
