GÜLER Steam Cooker (Cooking&Mixing&Cooling) was developed for the cooking process of semi hard and hard type of cheeses. It is equipped with special knife design for dispersing all the solid fines through the melted and heated cheese structure without causing any formation of whey leakage during further packaging.

Temperature and time can be set through touch screen PLC Control Pannel.Additional vessels for ingredients and elevator lifting features are optional for our clients and can be integrated to the unit per inquiry.

Capacity varies from 90 Lt/Batch to 200 Lt/Batch.
