After the curd is broken/agitated inside GÜLER Cheese Process Tank; it is transferred to GÜLER Curd Drum Filter  or GÜLER Curd Draining Vat. The transfer can be done by a curd pump or directly by the effect of gravity.
 
Whey is seperated from the curd by GÜLER Curd Drum Filter and collected inside a vessel under the Drum Filter, and directly pumped to Whey Storage Tank by a centrifugal pump.
 
GÜLER Curd Drum Filter is preferred for processing high-capacities.
