Cheese blocks are filled into moulds and transfered to GÜLER End-Press Units for pressing the cheese curd inside cheese moulds and let the cheese loss more whey for achieving the expected dry matter on the final product.
End-Press units can be Vertical Mobile Type (movable), Vertical Global Type and Horizental Type. Mostly designs are customised per our clients’s inquiry and space available in the processing area.
